Common questions

Do my tenants have to download anything?

No. They get reminders and receipts as normal WhatsApp messages from your number.

I’m not good with phones. Will I manage?

Most days you only need one button: Got money. Try the demo first. Nothing you tap there is saved, so you can’t break anything.

Who can see my information?

Only you and the people you invite. Tenants only see the messages you send them, and room adverts never show tenant names or payments.

Is it in Arabic, Hindi or Malayalam?

Malayalam, yes. Kirakin also works in Tamil, Bengali and Urdu, and each tenant’s reminders can go out in their own language. Arabic and Hindi are not there yet.
